Refund & Returns Policy
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, used grooming and care items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@oliveandbone.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back in most cases.
How to start a return
Email support@oliveandbone.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim approved), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For our error or a defective item, we cover it.
