Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Because we ship from vetted fulfilment partners (including overseas warehouses), estimated delivery to the US and Canada is 7–20 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that range. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, email us at support@oliveandbone.com and we’ll chase it down.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed in the cart.

Customs & duties

Orders to the US and Canada do not normally incur import duties. In the rare event a fee is charged by your local authority, it is the recipient’s responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
